How to measure
PHASE 1
Measure your feet standing upright on a hard surface with your heel against the wall. Place a piece of white paper flat on the floor under your foot and ask someone to mark the longest part of your foot on the paper (or do it yourself if needed). This is called the “heel to toe length”.
PHASE 2
Repeat the same process with the other foot, as the measurements of the right and left foot may differ.
PHASE 3
Use a ruler to measure the heel to toe length you marked on the paper. For a comfortable fit, we recommend leaving 0.5 – 1 cm of extra space.
