Taxes and customs

All orders are shipped on a delivery duty paid basis. The cost of local sales taxes and import duties is calculated and displayed at checkout and will be included in the purchase price. Please note that additional local duties or taxes may apply. All such charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery times

Delivery times are approximate and Cappelletti cannot be held responsible for delays during peak periods, customs clearance delays or other unforeseen circumstances. During sale and promotional periods, we recommend allowing an additional 1-2 working days on top of our standard delivery times.

Shipping modifications and notes

Cappelletti is unable to modify order details, including the delivery address, once an order has been placed, so please take care when entering your details. Cappelletti is unable to ship to PO box addresses. All orders are shipped from Italy and are fully insured and tracked. Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking number.
