Returns

Returns within 30 days on all eligible orders.

All items must be returned in perfect condition, as new and resaleable, unused and in their original packaging, including boxes and dust bags. We are unable to offer a refund for items that are damaged, scratched, worn, not in their original packaging or missing packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging and care for returns

We are very proud to provide the highest quality luxury products and work hard to ensure they are well packaged and carefully packed when they arrive at their destination.

Please pay particular attention to the packaging of chain strap bags. When shipping, we strictly pack the chain so that it does not mark the leather; we kindly ask you to do the same when returning the item to us, as we will not be able to issue a refund for damaged items.

Refunds

Once the returned products have been received and processed, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note that processing returns at our warehouse may take up to 5 working days from receipt. The refund will then be issued within 5 working days from the date the return is processed. Refunds may therefore take up to 10 working days from receipt of the products at our warehouse.

Defective items

All Cappelletti products are skilfully handcrafted to the highest standards, but as with anything made by hand using natural materials, we know that in rare cases defects may occur.

We always want to stand by your side, so in the unlikely event that a manufacturing defect occurs within a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, we will be happy to repair, replace or refund the item, at no additional cost to the buyer.

In the case of wear, if the defect has occurred due to general use, we ask you to contact us to discuss whether a repair is possible, at a cost to the buyer. This does not affect the buyer’s legal rights.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer exchanges. If you change your mind and wish to swap a product, please return it and place a new order.
