Returns and compensation
A Cappelletti S.r.l.’s customer must buy his products without uncertainties. That’s why if the product that we have sent you is not what you wanted and you are not satisfied with it, if the size is not the correct one, if the item that you received is not what you expected you just have to request a return. The conditions (D.L. 206/2005 of Italian Law) in which this can happens are:
- the return or exchange must be done within 14 days from delivery date;
- the item must be intact and not used;
- the products returned in their original packaging.
If these requests are fulfilled we can refund the charge. To proceed to your return you must create a return request to send an e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then contact you as soon as possible giving you all the instructions on what to do. We will refund you the money you paid. The sending-back shipping expenses from you to our warehouse are at our charge. Please send to email@example.com the tracking number as soon as you shipped your package.
The above- mentioned conditions are valid in the territory of Italy. Outside Italy returns of products are at the customer’s expense as well as possible duties of the respective countries.
We can't accept returns of products that do not respect the above mentioned procedure. Our policy about returns allows max 1 return request per order (in that request you can ask for more than 1 product of that order).
